Jim McDermott, founder and CEO of IT Strategy Advantage, offers his clients over 30 years of enterprise-focused experience in information and data services.
Jim started his career with Dun & Bradstreet’s Dun’s Marketing Services, the original player in Big Data. He leveraged the outstanding training and experience in database marketing to client centric application solutions in marketing and CRM. His early clients included Waste Management Inc., First Chicago Corp (now Chase Bank) and Auxilium Pharmaceutical.
Jim’s 25 years of project experience includes a portfolio of IT and marketing iniatives. He has managed CRM rollouts to hundreds of sales rep with two enterprises. He has also supervised a variety of infrastructure projects including WIN 2008 AD upgrades, Win7/Office 2010 upgrades, storage upgrades, POS hardware/software upgrades and security upgrades.
